The food was okay but not outstanding. It was frightening that there is still a restaurant during Corona times that does not adhere to the mask requirement of employees and the regular guests sit close together at the counter.

I visited the country inn at a meeting as part of my voluntary work! The inn is characterized by a rustic ambience paired with delicious traditional home cooking. In addition, nice staff; i liked it here!

The fried potatoes are very good, unfortunately many things are badly seasoned and the schnitzel was not of good meat quality. On the whole rather average.

Nice food selection and a very good cook make it possible for everyone to find something (also special wishes) !! Events are also possible, because a large hall rounds off the premises. Go and convince yourself. Alt Wieren is worth more than just a visit. I often go back ... ..

5 stars I like to forgive here :) A great restaurant, a great pub and a great party opportunity! Here you can really eat very well, delicious home cooking, but also modern new ideas can be found in the Speißekarte, the chef is very flexible and I was never disappointed. The two owners are but the real heart of the Alt Wieren <3 a young, dear family took over in 2018 the old-established country inn and has brought here really fresh wind. New ideas, modern decoration and a customized beverage selection :) In addition one tries finally to establish again a few village events .. Rocknacht, Summerbreeze and Christmas market (The 90s party last year was great) .. Very cool :) We are regulars and therefore can not give anything other than 5 stars !! 😍
